I really want to put a Highway Dirt Bikes top clamp with the powerlet ports on the bike, but I'm wondering if I would have enough clearance with the powerlet sockets to clear the knobs on a sub mount Scotts. Does anyone have this setup that can comment?

I want to use this top-clamp:
