well then again? maybe a 60 footer would put it out of it's misery and i just get a new one. im always checking it, and im surprised it's holding so well, we will see cheers

Here's another cracked swingarm in the exact same spot.

2014 WR250r 16k miles, ridden fairly hard.

Looking at getting it welded ASAP. I will not ride it now that I have found the crack. I wonder how long it was cracked for?

drater, you still around? Have you had any issues since your welding repair?

looks exactly the same as first one, where the original weld had a "hole" in the ending puddle weld. I don't think mine is cracked, would have noticed while cleaning it, wonder if my factory weld has that "hole" at end of weld puddle....will report back!

I'd save have a reputable welder, welder-up and see if it comes back.
