What are the D-rings on the front (facing the seat) for? A removable handle?

They are to attach to the other Enduro products like the duffle or saddlebags and also to attach other small items. Wolf man has some great videos on their site for this and other products. Their is one in particular showing how to attach them all together that is relevant.
