These are my options: Used - can't find them in my area or close. Damnit! Found a few new 11's. After haggling best deal I can find is a little under $6900 OTD. 08 new never serviced so has 0 miles is like $5680 out the door. Also found an 09, but it's an X that is about $5600 OTD. While the X would be a blast most of the year and I love the black frame. I would need dirt wheels and tires which is another grand for my upcoming continental divide trip. Could also add some offroad 17's for a lot cheaper but not sure how well they perform.

What to do??? I'm ready to have some fun on this thing! Please dont' say the 11 cuz I'm just not willing to pay $6900. I feel like I"m getting squeezed to let go of $5600 so not going any higher.

Think I found my bike! It's an X which I wasn't really that interested in initially but most all of my riding will be on the street around town except for the few times a year I hit the continental divide to Canada I'll just mod it into a WRR. Anyway it's a 2010 with 350 miles on it, looks like showroom qulaity He's asking $4800, offered him 4 and he said he'll take $4400. Seems fair especially compared to everything else out there so I'm getting it tomorrow at 9am Lord willing of course. I'll post pics. Sweet!

Congrats, You now have one. Since you like the black frame I think you will like it especially if you are on the short side. Lots of guys are running knobies on the X and quite happy with the handleing. Where in Texas are you? Berwyn

Last night the guy told me on the phone you could put it next to one on the showroom floor and you couldn't tell the difference. I was really skeptical but went there this morning and it was exactly as he said. Perfect! Not a single scratch. When you ride and stop you can still smell the newness of the engine. I love that smell. The tires still have the little nipple things not just on the sides but even vaguely on the top. He bought it Aug 2010 and paid 6240 out the door. Also added a yamaha fender bag as well. I feel like I got a good deal and love it. Its a 2010 with 343 miles on it (when I bought it). Like I said before he was asking 4800. I offered him 4000 on the phone and he said he would take 4400. After I saw it and rode it I had to have it and offered him 4300 and he took it. I would have paid 4400 but hey I needed some money for some farkles. Here are a few pics with my phone, but they don't do it justice. I feel like I'm finally part of the in crowd.

i live in northern colorado. i did the 'get a quote' from about a dozen dealer's websites- from south denver to laramie - TNT in laramie was the ONLY one to actually give me a price, not some dumbass salesman-speak reply (or something totally unrelated to my inquiry, or nothing at all....). if you won't give a quote, why have it on your website?!

fwiw, i think vickery would have ( i did recieve a quote on a klx ), but they are sold out.......:-(

yea i live like 2 blocks from vickery, i stoped in there when i was searching, he said they have not had any and probably wont be getting any for a while.
