Nice sliders ! They do look similar to yours, except the bolt size (8mm right?). after looking at yours, I'll probably upgrade to 8mm as well. | |

They do look similar to yours, except the bolt size (8mm right?).
after looking at yours, I'll probably upgrade to 8mm as well. yes, they were m8 X 1.25 for the swing arm sliders. where they bolted into the swing arm collets. When making the GSXR through axle set ups, I simply used 1/4" X 20 threaded rod and hardware, stainless. Did not have to be metric for that. I did machine, on the back side of the sliders, a 1/2" inset, that would go into the end of the axles. That was for added strength in a crash/slide situation. | |
