Boot fitting Empty
PostSubject: Boot fitting   Boot fitting EmptyWed Jun 30, 2021 10:57 pm

Hey Guys,

I am new to off road riding and have never owned motorcross boots. So I purchased a pair online and tried them on. I was told to buy a size bigger than I normally wear, perhaps this is not a good idea? Anyway my concern is at the top of the boot where my calf is there is a lot of room, like I can fit my hand in there pretty easily. Being a newbie I dont know if this is ok as long of the rest of the boot is fairly tight or if the boot should be snug all around?

Those with experience please let me know what you think.

Thanks

How does it fit in the foot area? Like a normal shoe, it should be snug but not tight, and there should definitely be no pressure points.

The calf area should have extra room in order to accommodate a knee/shin guard; did you try the boot with one?
