2011-2012 Ice Hockey - Stanley Cup Playoffs

From what I saw - Which was basically only the third period - the Flyers looked flat and tired. The defense just tends to sit back and often times gets caught just chasing guys around.

I was not happy with what I saw.

When you're gifted with TWO powerplays in OT and you can barely register a shot on goal, you don't deserve to win.

Fingers crossed. I have no idea what to expect. I'm not feeling confident, and I'm pretty concerned/worried that the same team that played overtime last game is going to show up this evening.

I really hope I get a joyful surprise, but I am FAR from confident that things will be turned around from the last game.

No joyful surprise to be had.

Flyers are flat-out being out-played. In every way.

This is not the Devils of old. Even the commentators have made the same comments.

Did anybody see the Rangers tie the game with Washington last night with 6.6 seconds left in the 3rd period? I hate all New York teams, but that was a nice goal to send it to overtime, and then they won it in OT.

I watched. Was a nice goal.
Way too bad that penalty was called though. Good call, but too bad the high stick happened.

I want Washington to win.

Unfortunately not. I can't root for either of those, so it's either Kings or Coyotes. I like the goalies helmet from Phoenix. He has Wile E. Coyote painted on it.

I'm going for Kings.

Carter, Richards, Williams, and Gagne even though Gagne is hurt and not playing.

Yeah, the Kings looked pretty good last night. I remember rooting for the Kings when I was a kid just cause Gretzky was there.
