Got a plug and play type that has 2 inner bulbs, one longer than the other. Low beam is brighter than the high beam? Anyone had this before??

Wrong plug and play kit if I were to venture a guess.

Should the H4 bulb with the 3 tabs fit exactly into 3 slots in the headlight housing? 3 different sources of HID kits, and none match up...

Yup. My DDM kit was plug and play.

Stupid me...the latest H4 fits perfectly. Just a matter of clocking it around until all the tabs seated. How much should the metal shield move when switching hi to lo? The stock headlight housing is pretty small...anyone tried an aftermarket?
