How much gas did I put in my X today?

Totally stock gas tank. Spec sheet says it's a 2 gallon tank right?






That's as close as I care to get it.

I think it's 2.1gal if I remember the manual/specs right.... yeah, you were close. How many miles did you do after your low fuel light came on? I did 20 miles after my light came on and still could only cram 1.5 gal into the tank... so maybe I could have went another 25 miles? I know it's supposed to come on when .5 gal is left, but my light seems like it's a bit premature (better than too late I suppose).

I went 26.1 miles on reserve.

However, I've a corrected speedometer for my 48 tooth rear sprocket, so my odometer is now off by some percentage I never quite remember.

Around 10% off I think.

Mine starts cutting out at 1.8 gallons.

I wouldn't trust that the amount measured by the gas pump is accurate.

I've put 2.09 gal in before, so you still probably had another half miles or so.
