Hi All.
I'm looking for some guidance.
I am in the UK with a 2008 WR250R.
I'm a 80/20 road user
I recently did a full modification consisting of:
AIS Removal and kit fit
EXUP removal
Flapper Mod
Dr D Tailpipe (downpipe remains as stock)
FMF Power Programmer.

I started with
Programmer Settings are from FMF booklet at:
green = 3
Yellow = 2
red = 0.5
green/blue = 8
yellow/blue = 4
red/blue = 4

I am experiencing a hot running engine (not had a chance to lift tank and take a look at the plug yet).
On my short journey home from work which is 2 miles up a steepish hill I have the throttle on 3/4 in 4th or 5th gear and the engine just dies on me. backing off the throttle and changing down it comes back to life but I can't open the throttle without the same response.

So I upped the fuel flow as follows:
green = 5
Yellow = 4
red = 3
green/blue = 8
yellow/blue = 4
red/blue = 4

This has done nothing and in fact the problem seems worse.

I've read up on loads of settings info on here and thumpertalk but was hoping that someone running a similar setup with mostly road use can help me set this up right.

Thanks

Try changing the yellow/blue number from 4,  to 6 or higher.

And go back to first numbers you posted on the first three settings.

Hot running engine? Does the light come on? Bump that 4 up to a 6, worked for me if cutting out is the only issue.
