Hello,

What are the big advantages of upgrading to 1-1/8" bars? Does the bigger diameter give the grips a noticeably bigger feel? Are there extra thick grips? I think I need something to this end (more diameter) and am looking at the best way to do this.

thanks

The 1 1/8 bars are the same 7/8 diamiter at the controlls so all the stock controlls will fit them.

All you need is thicker grips if thats what you're after.

Progrip rally grips, oury grips and spider grips are a few grips that I know are pretty thick.

have issues myself, having big hands and bad cramping using stock or smaller grips. having good results with protaper pillow tops and TAG rebounds.
