Shift lever broke

Hey all,
I laid my bike down on the driveway yesterday and the shift lever couldn't take it.

What's the recommended replacement? Stock OEM replacement or other?

Prefer less expensive,

If you know some one who can weld, you could get it welded back together for nothing. thumb

Driven makes a nice shifter.
If you are in Europe (wich your name indicates isnt the case) Qtech has similar one.
I would not out on an OEM if its broken already.

I'll try and find a shop after the weekend where maybe someone can weld for me.

Any suggestions on what I can buy for backup in case?
amazon or something - I'm in Canada

Amazon.ca has some for $19. bucks Canadian, dont know how good they are, but cheap for backup or just plain use, cheer`s

I did some searching around, but can't find any on amazon.ca that say they'll fit a wr250r/x
