I'm thinking of putting an Ox-Brake left hand rear brake on my WRR. (http://www.oxbrake.com) I have a Rekluse autoclutch - haven't tried it out yet, there's snow on the ground. I'm just wondering if there's anyone here who has tried an Ox-brake and what your experience is. For that matter anyone used any LHRB? What kind and what did you like about it, or what didn't you like.

Does MTB experience count?

What I find most bothersome about a foot brake is the fact that if one is wearing MX boots, it is rather challenging to modulate the rear brake. But on my MTB (with LHRB) I can easily modulate the rear and get better results.

There's some posts over at supermoto junkie. It's a must on stunt bikes but I've never heard of the ox-brake... Most of them are running a Maguire 13mm and a second caliper... I don't know if these setups apply full pressure compared to the foot brake or if they are more for feathering.. might be something in the x forums on this site also...

Anyone ever pull the trigger on an Ox Brake?

I am liking the idea of having one after riding some more difficult Jeep trails where there is some desire to use the rear brake while using both feet for balance. From reading a few reviews I understand its highest utility is when already stopped or at low speed, not trying to haul the bike down from warp speed.

I am concerned and curious about the routing of the cable directly above the attachment on top of the MC reservoir.

Seems like the bracket and hardware for the passenger peg could be in the way of optimal routing of the cable.

I dont have a Rekluse or other auto-clutch but am planning on an EZ clutch lever perch from Outlaw to compliment the Ox Brake
