Selling my (nearly) new Power Commander 6 from my WR250X. Unit installed and worked properly, however I have a big bore kit, a stroker and a ported head for my engine and needed the flexibility in tuning that the older Power Commander 5 offered. I thought that going new was the way for the newly-rebuilt engine, however the 6 model only trims +/- 15% with the Autotune installed.
That said, I consulted with several shops in my area (San Diego county) that tune Power Commanders, and all of them have had issues trying to tune on the PC6. I don't believe this is the case for other states without the same emission standards, however. This is worth checking in with your local shop if out of this state to see where they are at with things.
At worst, the Autotune would automatically trim to within this +/- 15% range which would be perfectly suitable for regular bolt-on modifications like exhaust and air filter/air box gutting.
Paid over $500 plus shipping for this brand-new, and it has roughly 1.5hrs of use on it. Still looks in every way brand new.
