Okay okay, so I got it wrong keep your pants on!!!!! And yeah, I agree Germany certainly do look good. Spain may well come good, but they just haven't got that 'X' factor that the Germans have right now - I believe Klose, Schweinsteiger & co. have 'peaked' at just the right time. If (& its quite a big 'if', based on my previous, ahem, predictions ), the final is Holland v Germany, I think it will be much closer than previous games. I only hope it doesn't get all dull & end in a penalty shootout. We want to see the 'beautiful game' in all its glory!! I bet 10 cents on Holland

Anyway, I don't expect England to get anywhere near the WC finals either next time in Brazil or 2018 - just look at the Premier League: the top clubs hardly have any UK players. Indeed, Arsenal were the first to field an entirely foreign team a few years back. So, club football is arguably the best in the World, but the national 'team' is nowhere near WC quality. Luckily I have some Teutonic ancestory, so I will have to support Germany!!

Ah, truth be told! My Dad is from Bristol, and the wife's family is from Germany... So Ger vs Eng was a tough game for me
