Hey, Guess what?? My account was charged 260.50 by IMS just yesterday, hope that means the 3 gallon tank is on its way!!!!

I just checked my credit card and it was actually charged on the 30th. Must take a few days till they post it online. I wonder if that means it went out Monday?

Lynn, did they shoot you an email letting you know that it was shipped with tracking info?

I guess not cause I've been charged and they told me that it would take at least 2 weeks before they start to produce the black tanks and that's what I ordered.

I've talked to Abel a few times since this and got the tracking number from him. They didn't bother sending me an e-mail because I've always been conversing with them via landline.

Last time I was out that way was back in 91. The good old days of long haul trucking...would have been not a bad job if the rates didn't suck balls. I'll keep that in mind if I ever get out of this area for a while.

Trucking north-south is better than east-west.

I did the round trip thing. Most of my time was spent south of the border...the DOT there are jackasses.

The charge hasn't posted yet, but there is a good sized chunk missing from my available balance.

Not sure how I got one so fast but my black tank was sitting on my doorstep when i got home for lunch.

I am speculating that you's guys live in CA where they are made and the shipping is a short trip.

2 days is pretty fast alright! Hopefully Med's tank shows up before he heads off in another direction; he gave me the heads up this morning it was on its way.
Interesting they shipped a black one already cause they said they weren't gonna be doing that for another week or so.

When I returned this PM the tank was here !! I did not exspect it till next week sometime. Now I need to get it on and do a long ride!! The tank sure looks good. Hope I can find a place to mark the gallon levels on after putting the shrouds back on. Berwyn

In empty form, is it alot lighter than the metal tank?

Does it comes with a cap or should I make arrangements now cause it would suck to be cap-less in BC :P
