Good price on 2008 WR250X?

Hey guys im currently looking at a 2008 WR250X with 1400 miles. The bike looks super clean and well maintained. It has Yoshimura exhaust but other than that it's stock. Im just trying to get some other opinions on what would be a fair price. He's asking 5400 for it. Thanks!!!

if thats US dollars OUCH horrible deal... dealers may still have new left overs that you could buy cheaper than that... if you want that bike i would offer 3500 at the most

I believe the bike listed brand new in 2008 for $5,999.

In my book, anything over $3,500 is getting too high.

Need LOTS more details.....but that's insanely high if you're in the USofA for a bike that's 5 years old - even if the mileage is truly that low.

Maybe if the bike is Down Under here in OZ.....New price here is almost $12,000, ......and at present our Dollar is worth just a little more than your Greenback ! ( For that HUGE amount more we get an extra 12 months warranty & an o2 sensor ! WOW )

On a positive note = At least i can buy the Athena BB kit directly out of the USA, cause at approx $850 AU it's very good value reletive to the cost of similar mechanical items in our "little" market.

But yeah, back the the OP's situ - if it's a USA bike / dollars, then for another $1500 or so you'd just get a brand new Bike hey.

You can't get a brand new X in the USofA.

Thanks for all the input I figured that it was way too high. Its gonna be hard to talk him down two grand but wish me luck!
