Suspension Oscillation Empty

I am getting regular suspension oscillating on my front forks on the motorway at around 65-70mph.
Front forks judder then stop then this repeats until a lower speed is achieved.
Rear similar.
Is this just a characteristic of the bike?

Suspension oscillation is due to insufficient rebound damping. The front has plenty of adjustment, but this is a known problem for the rear: go to max damping (which is three clicks from full stop) and see if that helps.

Judder however is not due to damping, and sounds more like worn bushings; how many miles on the bike?

Suspension all rebuilt by specialist last year.
Bike not used since then
Only 3500 miles on bike.
Think I just need to tweak settings

Take it back to the suspension specialist then; they should stand behind their work, especially considering that the bike has not been used since they adjusted the suspension.

I'll see if I can tweak it. Thanks
